Surprise: a new Uncharted may be on the way.
Actor Dominic Monaghan made the reference to Sony’s franchise during a conference call for his work on The Bureau: XCOM Declassified. Monaghan was speaking about his thoughts on the industry when he referenced a “new Uncharted”.
He said:
“I’ll always stay focused on the gaming world and see what’s coming up. The new Uncharted I’m really excited to see how that’s going to be and obviously both new gaming systems.”
There’s no question that we’ll eventually be seeing an Uncharted game on the PlayStation 4. However, you have to wonder if Monaghan has some inside information. Seeing a “new Uncharted” could just be a hope of his!
