Nintendo’s rival online service to Xbox Live and Playstation Network now has a launch window.
The company tweeted out that the online service would launch in September of this year, but didn’t offer any other details in regards to the system. For now, users will be able to enjoy online features until the service launches. Here’s Nintendo’s official quote on their new service:
This paid service lets Nintendo Switch owners enjoy online multiplayer gaming as well as a dedicated smartphone app that connects to your Nintendo Switch system and helps you connect with friends for online play sessions in compatible games.
