My initial thoughts on the God of War Ascension single player demo. First of all I would like to let you know that the demo is designed so that all players are able to complete it or at least have a good chance at it. So if it looks like it’s too easy it won’t be when it hits the shelves in March. Overall it was everything I expected from the team at Sony Santa Monica. The play is smooth and enjoyable, the transitions between play and cut scenes is absolutely seamless and at the end of the day it’s just down right fun and left me wanting more. My guess is that is exactly what the God of War Franchise wanted. I’ve packed a ton on info and energy into this video… So I’ll quit rambling and let you have a peek at the game play.
