Below are the specs required to play CoD Ghosts on PC, how does this compare to BF4 in your eyes? I see the difference in RAM and other specs. Info below:

Seeing those specs makes me think that this game isn’t using a new engine at all, looks more like a heavily modified MW3 engine to boost graphics and not much else. Honestly I doubt even IW could make a brand spanking new engine to run within 2 years and still have the game ready for November.
Its not a new Engine, they just did “Major fine tuning” in some areas.
