Call of Duty European Championships 2015 kicks off tomorrow

The Call of Duty European Championships 2015 kicks off in London tomorrow so to help you prepare, we’ve gathered all the information you need to know.

Four teams from the Asian and Latin American continents have already booked their place for next month’s Call of Duty Championship 2015 showcase which will take place in Los Angeles on Friday, 27th March-Sunday, 29th March, and will feature 32 teams from around the world competing for a $1 million prize pool. 14 more teams will join them this weekend and then a final 14 will make up the full 32 following next weekend’s North American Championships…

So what are the European Championships? Played out on Advanced Warfare this year, the winner will be crowned 2015’s best European Call of Duty team. On top of that, this weekend’s tournament will have a big effect on the teams that will show up at next month’s Call of Duty Championship. 28 teams from around Europe will be competing this weekend but only the top 14 will make it to next month’s grand event. The teams who earn a place in the top four will be guaranteed money with 1st place collecting $5,000, 2nd place picking up $2,500, and 3rd and 4th place each receiving $1250. Day one (Saturday) will feature a intraregional format whereas day two (Sunday) will be single elimination.
