Call of Duty Championship 2015 has begun! 32 teams from around the world are now competing for a prize pool of $1 million and to be crowned Call of Duty World Champions of 2015.

Day One Rundown
The first day of the Call of Duty Championship 2015 kicks off the competition with Group Play. Starting at 9:15am PDT (12:15pm EDT/4:15pm BST) and finishing approximately 9 hours later, today will completely consist of the group format. Each team has been split into 8 groups which consist of 4 teams. Teams will play each other once and when all matches have been played, the bottom two teams from each group will be eliminated from the competition while the the top two will progress to the next stage which kicks off tomorrow. That means that today we have the treat of watching 48 live matches and at the end of the day only 16 teams will be in with a chance of going all the way.
