Overall

No need for fan voting this year, Tebow already won.
A better menu system, something more along the lines of what 2K has done.
Increase crowds and sideline players Graphics.
Create-A-Play feature for Defense and Offense (control with standard routes)
Let you sub in people within reason to offense or defense (Pats= Edelman, Cards=Paterson)
Fix Bugs in presentation (Cards helmet numbers are blocks of Red when you change Uni to black alt)
Make a better Play Calling cut scene other than my WR looking like he is smelling his hand.

Gameplay

AI that can accurately throw short passes to the flats and sidelines
QBs getting the ball off better
An improved kicking game (clutch factor)
Better challenge system.
Replays to verify every touchdown.
Better Blocking Logic
More gang Tackles
Control Passing Trajectories better (Line Drive, Low to ground, over linebacker, etc.)
Receivers come back for the ball more often
Defensive ends more effective in rushing the passer
INT’s dropped
Better special teams blocking (be able to put key players in for special teams)

Franchise Mode

New Owners Mode
Better Free agent contracts
Free agent Try-outs
Generated Combine numbers for draft

Online

Better Ranking system
Fix Videos
Have Spectator Mode

Presentation

Commentary needs better chemistry, (take what you guys did for NFL Blitz)
2nd year players should not be called by their numbers or any player for that matter
Bring back The Extra Point but improve it
Better stats more often during games

Superstar Mode

Improve on Superstar mode, have a position grade that’s tailored to your position.
Steal a lot from NBA 2K12 My Player Mode
