Killer Instinct Arcade Stick Revealed

Many individuals such as myself were very excited when I saw that Killer Instinct was making a return to console. It was my favorite fighting game when I was a teenager and I played it religiously day and night skipping homework in the process. The best place to play Killer Instinct though wasn’t at home actually. The best place to play it was at the arcade. Yes I went there and said it. In my day, the best place to showcase your multiplayer skills was actually at an arcade using joysticks and mashing buttons. Killer Instinct was my game of choice always. Why am I telling you this? Well Microsoft’s Major Nelson (Larry Hryb) tweeted a picture yesterday of a Killer Instinct arcade fighting stick prototype. That literally made my competitive juices start flowing again and reminded me of all the fun I had dominating at the arcade. The arcade stick looks pretty big and well put together. There is what looks like a protective film on it which is probably why the graphics are not very clear but overall the stick looks great. I’m pretty excited to test that out when given the opportunity.
