Bundle In A Box offers 13 RPGs for less than $5

Bundle In A Box, a thematic pay-what-you-want gaming bundle, is offering 13 DRM-free games for less than $5 with The Indie RPG Bundle.

Buyers must pay a minimum of $1.99 for the bundle but are welcome to pay more to support a good cause. All proceeds are split between the Indie Dev Grant, which directly supports independent developers and a charity for children with mental health problems.

Here are the games included with the minimum purchase:

•  Unemployment Quest A new independent RPG about the experience of today’s educated, unemployed youth. Because, frankly, RPGs do not have to always be about dragons.
• The Siege of the Necromancer An impressively polished choose-your-own-adventure digital gamebook, illustrated by Dan Maxwell featuring everything from 3D dice to interactive maps.
• Hack, Slash, Loot There are dark places in the world inhabited by evil denizens. Places filled with danger and foreboding where no ordinary man would dare to journey. However, there are a few who are willing to risk death in the name of good, in the name of justice, in the name of.. valuable loot!
• Styrateg A narrative strategy based on the balanced and unique mixture of adventure, action and investigation in a great RPG adventure with original medieval music. Quest through twenty levels of a mysterious blend of action and story.
• Inaria Return with us to the days when men were sprites (and so were women and dragons and kings). When 256 colors seemed like a luxury and games were known more for their gameplay than their flashy graphics. Inaria is an RPG created in that style, but with modern interface conveniences that make it easier to play, giving the best of both worlds.
• Dungeon Fray Dungeon Fray is a fast paced roguelike game. The game features three playable classes, randomly generated levels, turn based combat and unlockable achievements and perks.
• Empires & Dungeons 2 In the mystical Eastern deserts, a struggle for power is taking place. Sultans battle for the crown, raising mighty armies in their quest for supremacy. One of these great leaders must succeed. Could it be you?
•  Frayed Knights Frayed Knights: The Skull of S’makh-Daon is a rather huge 3D indie computer RPG for Windows featuring turn-based combat, old-school sensibilities, and a story of high adventure and comedy. Who says RPGs have to be so serious?

Buyers who pay more than the minimum and at least $4.92 will receive these additional games.

• CoC: The Wasted Land Call of Cthulhu: Wasted Land has just been greenlit, meaning that everyone who buys the bundle will have access to the Steam version of the game as soon as it becomes available!
• The Wizard from Tarnath Tor A newly written, actually excellent CYOA/RPG digital gamebook, illustrated by Dan Maxwell featuring everything from 3D dice to interactive maps.
• Northmark: Hour of the Wolf Experience all the thrills of adventure in Northmark: Hour of the Wolf, a stunning card-based RPG. Choose to become a mighty warrior, cunning mage or powerful druid as you fight for glory and survival in deadly combat.
• The Wizard’s Lair The Wizard’s Lair is a RPG with roots in classic Roguelikes and the Mystery Dungeon series; brave its procedurally generated levels and slay the Wizard of Anarkhis!
• Telepath RPG: Servants of God Telepath RPG: Servants of God is a hybrid western RPG/strategy RPG in a unique Middle Eastern steampunk fantasy setting.

In addition, as more people purchase the bundle several extras will unlock for some of these games and more money will be donated. Extras include soundtracks, concept art and strategy guides. So if supporting a good cause and helping children isn’t enough encouragement, Bundle In A Box also encourages players to spread the word which ultimately creates an even greater benefit for everybody all around.

The Indie RPG Bundle will be available for another 12 Days, 18 hours, 12 minutes and 5 seconds. Titles are available for Windows PC (some support Mac and Linux). Buying games never felt so good.
