Microsoft’s Answer to Siri could possibly be Halo’s Cortana

A new feature is possibly in the works for Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 8.1. Microsoft is planning on a new voice command system which will rival that of Apple’s Siri voice system which is on the iPhone. That voice command system will reportedly be called Cortana which we all know as Master Chief’s A.I. companion in the video game series Halo. This news came from a report on ZDNet which says that Cortana will be able to outperform any current Windows phone voice command capabilities and allow users to interact with the device using natural voice commands, much like Apple’s Siri. I am very interested to see if this is true and how it will work out. Cortana is definitely one of my favorite characters in a video game series in which I extremely enjoy. To see her inserted into a cell phone as an operative in a voice system would be very cool in my opinion. What do you think about this? Would you buy a Windows phone if Cortana was the center of the voice command system? Please let us know how you feel in the comment section below, Thank You.
