Microsoft Studios titles to become available at launch with Xbox Games Pass

Microsoft’s cost-effective games subscription service Xbox Games Pass is about to get an even more appetizing upgrade…

The company announced today that all future games published by Microsoft Studios will be available in Xbox Games Pass at their launch! That means that starting on March 20 with Sea of Thieves, users with a subscription will receive access to the latest titles on top of the service’s current collection. The announcement stats that ‘all’ games from Microsoft Studios will be included, covering titles like State of Decay 2 and Crackdown 3 as well as future iterations of the Halo, Forza and Gears of War blockbuster franchises.

To commentate the announcement, users who want to commit to six months rather than a monthly subscription will soon be able to do so. From March 20, select retailers like GameStop will be offering 6-month subscription cards for $59.99.

Described as the video game answer to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Xbox Games Pass can be accessed from just $9.99 a month. Over 100 games are currently included with more being added and removed on a monthly basis.
