To celebrate Bungie Day, Bungie have today announced a new limited edition PlayStation 4 console which sports a white finish and a slick Destiny art design. The new bundle is being used to promote Destiny: The Taken King, the game’s next big DLC launch which will bring new missions, destinations, subclasses and more in September.
The bundle will not only include the new console, but will also come with Destiny: The Taken King Legendary edition which includes the base game, previous two expansions, and The Taken King Digital Collector’s Edition which features new class items, emotes, shaders, and an early access weapon pack.
To celebrate Bungie Day and the first year of Destiny, the developer has released the following tribute video.
“As we prepare to kick off the second year of Destiny, we’re looking back at the first year through your eyes. The launch of Destiny has meant so much more to us than the release of a new game. Our first journey around the sun together led to the origins of an amazing community.”
