NFL star Marshawn Lynch to feature in Black Ops 3

Pro NFL player Marshawn Lynch, who currently plays for Seattle Seahawks, is set to play a role in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

News on Black Ops 3 has been very dry since its big reveal at the end of April, but ESPN of all sites has finally dropped us some intel. Marshawn Lynch, who was recently spotted at Treyarch awhile back, will appear in the upcoming game. In the ESPN feature, Lynch’s process of appearing in the game is documented, including how his appearance has been recreated using full body motion capture. He will play a villain character and part of a scene has been described as a brawl kicking off in a bar before Lynch’s crew flees to the streets of Singapore.

Watch a video feature below and head over to ESPN for the full rundown, including some behind-the-scenes images.

Black Ops 3 is due to launch worldwide on Friday, 6th November for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. E3 attendees will be able to go hands-on with multiplayer next week, while a public beta is scheduled for sometime before launch.
