Microsoft looks to be auditioning it’s Xbox Live Gold membership for free this weekend. On October 4th – 6th, you can play online for free and enjoy apps such as Netflix and Hulu Plus. Microsoft is getting ready for the Xbox One’s launch and are making a great attempt at getting people ready for the new hardware and it’s interface. That just means there be more players trying to get on Grand Theft Auto V’s servers this weekend and lots more noobs to kill on Battlefield or Call of Duty. So if you don’t have an Xbox Live Gold account, own an Xbox 360 and want to try it out, this may be the weekend to stay indoors. Watch movies, play games and close yourself off to the world. Just kidding, get some air and enjoy your life but try it out for free and see what it’s like.
