Bethesda’s Todd Howard appeared at Microsoft’s press conference to reveal more gameplay for Fallout 4. He also announced that PC mods can be transferred to Xbox One, and that anyone who buys Fallout 4 on Xbox One will receive a free copy of Fallout 3.
