Black Ops 3 DLC 4 promo leaked & Call of Duty 2 is now backwards compatible on Xbox One

There’s a double dose of Call of Duty news to report on today…

First of all is some leaked news on the final DLC pack for Black Ops 3. As spotted by Twitter user @themilkman1414, Sony appear to have started advertising the DLC pack earlier than planned via the PlayStation 4 store. The ad shows some new art of the Zombies characters and reveals that the pack will be called Salvation. An official announcement is expected very shortly and Call of Duty XP attendees will be able to go hands-on in just over a week’s time.

Finally, an old Call of Duty game is now backwards compatible on Xbox One! The much-loved Call of Duty 2 will be playable on the console from today. Released 11 years ago as a launch title for the Xbox 360, the WW2-based title was Infinity Ward’s second Call of Duty game.
